What actually works

We raised $5M last month. Here's what we're actually doing with it. $2.1M goes to engineering. We have 12 enterprise customers waiting on an API that lets them pipe our data into their existing dashboards. Right now they export CSVs manually. We've been losing deals to competitors who already have this. $1.4M goes to sales. We're hiring three AEs focused exclusively on mid-market logistics companies. That's where our product-market fit is strongest. Win rate in that segment is 62%. Everywhere else it's 28%. $800K is runway buffer. We have 16 months of runway now instead of 9. That means we can say no to bad-fit deals instead of closing anything that moves. The rest covers ops, legal, and the office lease we probably should have negotiated harder on. Funding announcements are boring. What the money actually buys is the interesting part.
